As an Advisor in the T&O Enablement team you will be the communication expert who transforms tech talk into engaging stories You'll craft and deliver dynamic internal and external communication that not only boost employee experience but also captivate our stakeholders. Your mission? Simplify complex tech jargon and elevate the Technology & Operations (T&O) brand to new heights. Dive into planning, master stakeholder management, and unleash your creativity in content creation. Collaborate with our amazing support teams to ensure our goals are not just met but exceeded, all while delivering top-notch service

**What you'll do**:

- Partner with T&O Leadership and business stakeholders to develop and execute internal and external communication strategies
- Design and implement integrated communication plans that align with T&O's strategic objectives and drive productivity and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and videos
- Develop and maintain a unified approach to operational communication that upholds the T&O function's brand internally
- Create and manage centralized communication frameworks, ensuring consistency in templates, channels, and style guides
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive the design and execution of T&O's people initiatives such as Graduate and Intern programs, capability uplift, STEM uplift etc, including partnerships with universities and industry groups to support future technical capabilities and diversity goals.
- Oversee and manage T&O's engagement initiatives, including annual planning, event-led engagement, and communication assets for T&O Engage and other key initiatives.

**What you'll bring**:

- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Project/Change Management, or business-related discipline
- 5 years' experience working in a similar/related role with a track record of delivery on past projects
- Proficient in all Microsoft 365 products with experience in auditing, designing and building SharePoint sites
- Graphic design and video editing skills are desired
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions to solve a problem or achieve an outcome, even when not an expert in the space
- A strong creative flair with expert communication, presentation and organisation skills
- Exceptional skills in planning, co-ordinating and managing timeframes to achieve deliverables.
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with communication, content management, and analytics tools
- A proven ability to manage people to contribute to delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
