Bristol Bears Community Foundation brings Bristol Bears RFC to the heart of communities, using the power of the club and our passionate team to inspire the community of greater Bristol to unlock their potential and improve their lives.The Casual Inclusion Coach will plan and deliver high quality SEND sporting sessions within partner schools and community settings.What You'll Be DoingAs a Casual Inclusion Coach, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, inclusive sports sessions for young people across Bristol.
Whether in SEND schools or community settings, your sessions will be designed to inspire participation, build confidence, and support holistic development.You'll be hands-on in creating safe and accessible environments where every young person feels welcome and supported.
Your work will directly contribute to the Foundation's mission of using sport to drive positive change, helping young people thrive both on and off the rugby pitch.This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who's passionate about coaching, inclusion, and making a real impact in the community.This role will involve day time delivery, working in and around Bristol, South Gloucester and North Somerset.

• A sound understanding of disability and SEN learners and how to coach sport in an appropriate manner.

• Relevent sports coaching certification (England Rugby Coaching Award (ERCA) or Level 1 or 2 Coaching Award from RFU or equivalent (or willing to work towards) or Multi-Skills Level 2).

• Experience in delivering sports coaching sessions within schools and/or community settings.

• Be able to work at times and locations appropriate to their role to include evenings and weekends.

• Access to own vehicle and a full and valid UK driver's license.
