About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Laundry Assistant, you'll create cherished moments each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linen and personal clothing- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas- Follow infection control and hygiene protocols- Assist with inventory and stock rotation
What you'll bring
You're reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are genuinely interested in supporting others and making a difference in your community.- Previous experience in laundry or cleaning- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail and time management
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
