**About the role**:
We're seeking a passionate Grants & Contracts Manager to join our Community Services & Housing division on a permanent full-time basis.

Our Community Services & Housing division work together to create trusted places where people gather, community is strong and lives are transformed. We walk with each person to understand the unique circumstances of their life and we empower them to live well through practical and reliable support.

This wonderful opportunity will suit a dedicated highly collaborative professional with exceptional administration skills and passion for doing good things and supporting the community.

**About you**:
To be considered, you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human services, community services or other relevant discipline
- Experience in managing, developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships
- Working with children check or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent administration skills and diligent driver of processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong problem solving and research skills
- Previous Community Sector experience/knowledge preferable
- Genuine alignment to BaptistCare's vision, purpose and values.
