We are seeking a Senior Service Advisor with excellent customer service skills. You will need a proven customer service background and the drive to excel in a professional environment. This is a great opportunity to further your career in the automotive industry

Responsibilities include:
Greeting and serving customers in the service department.
Advising customers on vehicle repairs and servicing.
Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies.
Coordinating daily service appointments.
Meeting individual and team targets.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Preparing for next-day appointments.
Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face.
Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop.
Invoicing customers promptly.
Addressing customer concerns effectively.
Skills required:
Creating memorable customer experiences.
Explaining vehicle services and repairs clearly.
Working well in a team.
Genuine care for customers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with Era Power DMS and Xtime booking system (highly regarded).
Experience with Kia, Nissan, or GWM brands (highly regarded).
Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Valid driver's license.
A passion for the automotive industry and brands.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Professional appearance.
Commitment to high customer satisfaction.
