As a **Consultant, Performance and Insights**, you will
- Analyse data to deliver actionable insights, identify issues and opportunities that support sales, service and customer satisfaction targets in digital channels
- Inform key opportunities and recommendations for optimisation and personalisation initiatives to drive growth in digital sales, NPS and channel adoption
- Reporting on key metrics and insights for ab testing and personalisation programs using digital data
- Proactively analysis data to identify insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience
- Identifying and improving ways to generate insights and conduct performance reporting to drive efficiency
- Work collaboratively with digital channels, marketing, technology and personal banking team to build streamlined and efficient analytics and insights framework

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Data Analytics and Insights reporting role
- Proven knowledge of a variety of data sets (e.g. web, customer, sales and channel) and ability to produce actionable recommendations which result in sales & service uplift
- Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting capability such as Adobe Analytics, Content Square and/or Google Analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills to all levels of management
- Strong experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes including shareholder, customer, and employee value
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Ability to innovate, adapt, learn new knowledge quickly
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
