Job Title: Organizational Performance Consultant
About the RoleAs an Organizational Performance Consultant, you will concentrate on creating engaging and effective training programs that help lift capability across the workforce.
In your first few months, you will:
- Support the rollout of competency frameworks by working with operational teams to assess capability against existing standards
- Lead a thorough training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities to shape targeted learning initiatives
- Design and deliver modular training content, creating practical resources that drive results on the ground
We are seeking an experienced L&D professional who excels in hands-on delivery roles. You will bring a mix of content design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or operationally complex environments.
- Demonstrated experience developing engaging, modular training content
- Strong ability to conduct training needs analysis and deliver practical solutions
- Confidence working with leaders, technical experts, and frontline teams
- A proactive, collaborative style with a passion for making learning accessible and impactful
