Implementation Manager

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Implementation team Our Implementation team partners with our clients to design, build and launch our Employee Success platform. We are looking for someone who can rapidly execute on all aspects of implementation, manage multiple projects effectively and work collaboratively with people from different functions to achieve project goals. If you have project management and consulting skills and love a challenge and driving results, you'll thrive on our close-knit team

**What you'll do**:

- Act as project support for multiple implementation projects concurrently, including weekly meetings, deliverables/milestones, and escalate risks and issues
- Build and execute on communication plan to support program implementation and user adoption.
- Work cross functionally to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment with both internal Achievers resources and external client resources.
- Utilise tracking and reporting tools to ensure effective project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity.
- Consult with clients to gather business and technical requirements through remote meetings.
- Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues inside and outside the department to foster a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
- Align requirements to product functionality, offering best practice and scalable solutions.
- Interact with client IT teams on various technical topics, such as system integration and single sign-on.
- Configure platform modules, system integrations, single sign-on, site content and permissions.
- Utilising test scripts to verify configurations, identifying and logging any bugs that occur.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Experience in a software implementation role, preferably SaaS.
- Preferred experience working with HTML and CSS.
- Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short-term projects.
- Experience managing and resolving risks and issues.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people.
- Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive.
- Evidence of effective multitasking, ability to manage complex and tight project schedules.
- University degree in a related field.
