The Client

This is a
unique opportunity
to join a
multinational freight forwarder that offers integrated end-to-end logistics solutions.

The Position

You will play a key role in leading and managing the customer implementation process, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal standards. This is a
hands-on leadership role
with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

The Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and support a customer implementation professionals
  • Lead and oversee customer implementation processes, ensuring timely and effective onboarding
  • Manage complex, cross-border customer implementations and stakeholder communications
  • Coordinate internal resources and subject matter experts to support implementation success
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to support to support accurate internal and external reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes in line with industry standards and regulatory compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders and external partners

The Requirements

To be successful in this role, you require
experience in international freight forwarding
, along with:

  • Proven experience in customer implementation or project management within the logistics sector
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills across multiple levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using CargoWise (must-have)
