**Job**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Part Time Sales & Customer Services expert working in a modern office & new facility in Forrestfield, providing support to the Facility Manager in daily operations. This is an exciting and varied role and includes but is not limited to; sales, customer service, administrative support and assistance with facility and property cleanliness. This position plays a key role in the delivery of exceptional customer service.

The job shifts will range from half days to start, and move onto half days + one full day once trained. The ability to work more hours to cover employees time off & holidays.

Our Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM & Saturdays 9:00AM - 2:00PM

The roles hours can be flexible.

**What We are Looking for in this role**:

- Vibrant outgoing personality with excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Be computer literate and able to learn the Storage Program
- Ability to clean (internal and externally) and do general gardening tasks
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite an advantage
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and the ability to work without supervision after initial training period
- Saturday morning work (8:30am - 2.00pm) is required every other weekend
- No late nights or public holidays
- Free Parking Available

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
