We are excited about the opportunity to welcome a casual Sales Assistant on the Gold Coast working out of our 7 star energy efficient displays. Roster will be Sat & Sun and 2 weekdays.

**About Your New Career**

As part of our customers' exciting journey to build their dream home, you'll be there to guide them through the initial stages of what will be a truly memorable experience. Here's what each day will look like:

- Welcoming customers into our stunning new home displays and experience centres.
- Understanding their needs and providing them with all the info to make their visit smooth and enjoyable.
- Taking pride in showcasing our award-winning designs, ensuring our homes and sales suites are always looking their best.
- Keeping product info and databases up-to-date, making sure both our customers and Sales team have everything they need for a seamless experience.
- Following up with customers after their visit, checking in to keep them connected with our team.

**About You**

You are excited to explore the world of property and new home construction. You have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing an authentic and engaging service.

You are confident in your interactions with customers both in face-to-face and over the phone. You value the importance of building meaningful relationships with your peers and our customers. With your positive attitude, you love kicking goals with your team and having a bit of fun while you're at it
