Connor is rapidly expanding and has grown its portfolio to over 170 stores in Australia and New Zealand and has no intentions of slowing down.
Connor is a fast-paced business that is continuously adapting to keep up with the retail market.

**Ideally you will have**:
2 - 3 years' experience managing up to 10 stores preferably within fashion and apparel.
A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast pace environment.
Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports.
Strong communication skills (verbal / written).
Planning and organisational skills.
Training and development skills.
The ability to set clear direction and follow up.
