We have an exciting opportunity within a fast growing, dynamic organisation to make a difference and lead the design and implementation of service delivery models during a time of rapid transformation. We are looking for a talented and dynamic Service and Innovation Manager to join the team at our Chatswood office.

**The Opportunity**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead service delivery design projects to create innovative, best practice models which enhance customer outcomes.
- Monitor current and future trends in service delivery to inform and recommend innovative service delivery options.
- Research and monitor advances in case management practices to support service delivery development.
- Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of service delivery pilots and trials.
- Partner with business leaders and key internal stakeholders to create shared understanding and commitment to service delivery enhancements and new service delivery models.
- Develop and lead implementation projects to embed service delivery enhancements and models, ensuring the adoption of relevant case management practices, frameworks, tools, and assessments.

- Strong project management, change management and engagement skills.
- Analytical skills including the ability to research, evaluate and draw conclusions from complex data and information.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to communicate, collaborate and influence across teams and departments to design and deliver solutions as well as managing multiple external stakeholders and partners.
- Experience in service design and/or customer experience within the employment services sector (desirable).
- Relevant degree level qualifications.
