The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated Sales Estimator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely sales estimates while ensuring the highest level of service and attention to detail for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts across single- and double-storey home designs.
Obtain quotes and pricing for variations.
Prepare and present tender documentation to clients.
Conduct quality checks on all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales estimating role within the residential building industry.
Strong knowledge of Rescode and the Building Code.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Solid understanding of construction techniques, terminology, and costs, with the ability to explain them in simple terms.
Competence with software systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Experience managing multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
Strong grasp of workflow stages in the volume home building industry from Sales Accept through to Construction.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
