**What's the role?**
- Part time role 3 days per week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday OR 5 days per week
- Financial admin support (invoice processing and expense reconciliation)
- On boarding / off boarding of employees in The Australian Editorial team
- Coordinate desk moves and equipment and resolve any maintenance issues i.e. furniture and tech equipment
- Oversee all stationery orders restock and order office supplies within budget
- Daily mail room deliveries and newspaper collection
- Assisting in planning and organising team social events when needed
- Organise newspaper deliveries and archives
- Monitor letters central phone enquiries from the public and forward any feedback to editors and subscriptions teams
- Accurate spreadsheet tracking for various editorial tools
- Help source and upload photos for the Picture Desk
- Social media support during breaking news cycles

**Who are you?**
- Previous experience working in a Team Assistant or Coordinator role in a fast paced business environment
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, MS Office and Concur will be an advantage but not essential.
- Naturally curious
- Proactive with a positive can-do attitude
- You will exhibit a genuine passion to succeed and always deliver the best that you can in any situation.
- You will have a keen eye for detail and quality oriented whilst remaining flexible and adaptable in your approach.
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- You must be a 'people person' and have strong communication skills at all levels.
- Networking and relationship building must come naturally to you and be something you enjoy.
