Bring your passion for food and quality and utilise your skills embracing a unique environment as a **Food & Beverage Manager **in the **RAAF Williamtown Base, Newcastle Area. **Join the team in this full-time role and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

**The Position**:

- Manage the front of house team for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Organise and lead formal dining function
- Drive a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility, and passion for quality
- Ensure all compliance with contract and service standards is maintained leading to smooth day to day operations
- Drive exceptional customer service
- Responsible for financial reporting and reconciliation quotes and invoicing
- Rostering and people management

**The Person**:

- Previous experience in a leadership and people management role including rostering and budgets
- HACCP Food handling experience
- Strong awareness and management of allergens in a food service environment.
- Proven ability to leading and managing a team with great communication skills
- Ability to work independently and confidence to make operational decisions with support from the site operations manager.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer and systems experience
