**About the role**:
**SACARE** are currently seeking a full-time **Finance Business Partner **based in our head office at Broadview. As a key stakeholder in the decision-making process, you will enhance the quality of financial decisions by supporting the development of strategic and operational plans.

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Providing financial expertise through proactive input into forecasting models, feasibility studies and tender evaluations.
- Develop leading performance parameters relevant to the business and prepare regular performance reports.
- Drive the forecasting and budgeting process and provide financial guidance and support to ensure that strategies and operational decisions are sustainable and consistent with budget parameters.
- Ensure operations are examined for opportunities to implement cost and resource efficiencies to improve revenue, and initiatives are implemented following robust analysis and business case development.
- Ensure month and year end journals are processed in a timely manner to accurately reflect the financial performance of the organisation consistent with applicable Accounting Standards.
