**Motion Graphics Artist - Social-First Creative Work for Premium Brands**

**Location**: South Melbourne

**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a **talented Motion Graphics Artist** to create high-impact content for premium brands across social media, television, and digital platforms. This is a hands-on, creative role where you'll take projects from concept to delivery, work on visually exciting campaigns, and see your work out in the world.

As one of our first creative hires, you'll be joining a **very recently founded agency** at an exciting stage where our brand is still being shaped. **With our website launching soon and our social channels in their early days, you'll have the opportunity to influence our visual style and see your work become a core part of our public identity.** If you want variety, creative freedom, and work that looks great on your reel, this is it.

Our South Melbourne studio is a hub for creativity, collaboration, and delivering standout work with a focus on **social-first content** that cuts through and connects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create **original, high-quality motion graphics** for a range of high-end client video projects.
- Lead each project from design through to execution.
- **Report directly to the Design Lead** and work side-by-side with our **Creative Producers**.
- Deliver TVCs for approval to **Commercials Advice (CAD)** and relevant broadcast networks.
- Design, execute, and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
- Work within established **post-production workflows** to ensure efficiency and flexibility.
- Adhere to **client style guides** and brand guidelines.

**Skills & Experience**
- **Expert proficiency** in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in **Figma** for design collaboration and layout work.
- Understanding of **TVC broadcast requirements** and CAD submissions.
- Strong aesthetic skills with exceptional **attention to detail**.
- Excellent eye for **typography, fonts, and layout design**.
- Minimum **2 years' experience** in a similar motion design role.
- Experience developing creative concepts for **TV, online, and mobile**.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
- Awareness of **commercial advertising imperatives** and call-to-action principles.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
