The Opportunity:
We are seeking a customer concierge who will also serve as front-of-house receptionist.
You will be the first point of contact for our company.
Your duties include serving customers in the customer lounge, providing administrative support across the organization, coordinating front-desk activities, distributing correspondence, and redirecting phone calls.
To succeed in this role, you should be entirely customer-focused with a pleasant, bubbly personality.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
Manage all aspects of the customer lounge, including serving drinks and snacks
Order and keep inventory of customer lounge supplies
Maintain updated records of expenses related to the lounge
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide accurate information in-person, via phone, and email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Perform other clerical duties as requested by management
You will excel in this role if you:
Have outstanding interpersonal skills
Are committed to internal processes
Have proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Concierge, or similar
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using an industrial coffee machine (Nespresso)
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are resourceful and proactive in resolving issues
Possess excellent organizational skills
Can multitask and prioritize effectively
Focus on customer service
Are dedicated to a customer-focused environment
