Mercedes-Benz North Shore has been servicing Sydney's North Shore for over 60 years. We have showrooms at Mosman and Chatswood, a state-of-the-art Service Centre at Artarmon, and are excited to offer a new opportunity for a superstar to join our team.
About the Role :We are seeking a friendly, personable team player to join us as a Concierge / Driver at our Mosman Service department.
Key Responsibilities :- Greet and assist customers at the dealership with a warm and welcoming manner
- Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing
- Collect and return customers' vehicles for service in a friendly, safe, and timely manner
- Manage and direct visitor parking
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules
- Drop off and pick up customers as required
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Full work rights in Australia
- A valid Australian or international driver's licence
- A genuine, friendly personality with a strong commitment to customer service
- A high standard of personal presentation
- Ability to work outdoors when required
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
