This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in financial services, product governance, and regulatory understanding.
This is a Permanent fulltime based in Sydney with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

What do I need?
We're looking for someone who brings: Experience in product governance, ideally within financial services Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and lifecycle policy compliance Proven ability to manage governance forums, including terms of reference, minutes, and actions Background in change management or product delivery with a governance lens Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge processes and drive simplification Why join us?
