**Food & Beverage Supervisor (Full Time) | Mercure Gold Coast Resort**

Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast. Overlooking the Oasis pool and the ninth hole of the Palm Meadows Golf Course, _The Green Dining_ restaurant and bar welcomes our guests.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Services Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner service.

**Job Description**:
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Working closely with the Food & Beverage management team to ensure customer expectations are met in all formats of the operation.
- Effectively dealing with customer concerns and complaints.
- Working across _The Green Dining_ buffet breakfast, restaurant and bar, _The Cart Takeaway_, and the seasonal poolside _Oasis Bar_.
- Assisting in promoting a positive working culture within the Food & Beverage team.

**Qualifications**:
**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE**:

- Excellent communication skills, and high standard of grooming and personal presentation,
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality with a focus on guest service and team engagement, including the ability to train others
- A leader genuinely passionate for providing exceptional customer service, motivated to train and develop a team to share this enthusiasm,
- The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays,
- Currently hold, or be willing and able to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
