**About the Role**:
As Regional Operations Manager, you will lead and manage Service Delivery Teams in your region, ensuring operational and financial performance, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. This full-time position offers options for both office (**Parramatta location**) and home-based work arrangements, accommodating a balanced work-life, while contributing to a vital cause.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor Service Delivery Teams to meet legislative and contractual requirements.
- Support team growth and provide guidance on complex cases.
- Oversee systems, processes, and service quality improvement.
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, service providers, and community groups.
- Manage budgets and ensure service effectiveness.

**About You**:
You have significant experience in operations and team management, ideally in the humanitarian sector. You are passionate about supporting diverse communities and improving client outcomes.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Services or relevant field.
- Experience managing programs for vulnerable people.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of community services policies and relevant legislation.
