Location :North Perth Clinic
Hours :Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
The role
Engaging with customers via phone, email, and in person, answering inquiries and providing product information.
Scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
Guiding customers through hearing devices and accessories.
Resolving concerns to ensure positive interactions.
Supporting local marketing efforts.
Performing minor hearing aid repairs (training provided).
What we are looking for
2+ years customer service experience in retail or allied health.
Good computer skills and software navigation (CRM, appointment management).
Attention to detail, administrative skills, and a collaborative attitude.
A positive, team-oriented mindset with independence when needed.
Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid work rights in these countries.
