**About the Role
We are currently looking for passionate **Guest Experience Hosts** to join our team at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium

As a Guest Experience Host at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast, your primary responsibility is to coordinate and execute Sleepovers, School tours, workshops and parties. Also to provide the best possible customer service across the area of allocated responsibility and maintaining exceptional product delivery.

Further responsibilities include:

- Actively promoting other experiences/tickets through upselling
- Deliver consistently high guest service to support an increase in customer satisfaction focused KPI results
- Ensure all internal communication is effective and on brand

**Please note** that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability.

**About You**

To shine in this role, you are a strong communicator in which you possess exceptional interpersonal skills with a high level of confidence in public speaking; prior customer service experience is preferred. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are desired.

Prior knowledge of Marine Life/Studying Marine Biology is considered advantageous. Additionally teaching/ working with children experience is preferrable for this role.

Holding a current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain one if successful) is also required for this role.
