Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, motivated and enthusiastic individual to take on a Customer Service Officer position for 12 months. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager NSW, you will be the first point of contact for our customers by creating strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Responding to all customer inquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Following the call-up process to confirm customer details
- Ensure accurate record-keeping is up to date
- Acting promptly and courteously at all times
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive with a can-do attitude
- Direct, truthful and easy to deal with
- Proactive in seeking out information when required
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Be determined to grow and learn
