Role Overview:We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer to elevate our digital products at Drive, an iconic Australian brand with a monthly online audience of 3 million.
The role focuses on rapid prototyping, user research, data insights, and AI integration.
You will work under the Principal Product Designer, collaborating closely with a high-performing team.
This position is based in South Melbourne.
Responsibilities:
Rapidly translate ideas into interactive prototypes for testing and iteration.
Conduct and analyze user research to uncover needs and pain points.
Use data analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
Explore and implement AI integration into product workflows.
Create high-fidelity UI designs, design systems, and component libraries.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers for seamless product launches.
Support the creation of marketing and content design assets.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe tools.
Problem-solving skills and passion for user-centric solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with user research platforms and analytics tools.
Experience in rapid prototyping and data analytics.
Interest or experience in AI integration in design workflows.
