**About the role**
Western Health's Public Private Partnership (PPP) Footscray Hospital opens in early 2026. Plenary will be managing the new hospital through delivery partners Compass and Honeywell.
Western Health's Operator Representative Team will manage the contract's performance, key activities and providing insightful analysis and reporting on the PPP.
The Contract Manager is an instrumental member of the Operator Representative Team, responsible for ensuring service delivery by Plenary and its partners in accordance with the PPP contract.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Monitor compliance with the PPP Project Deed and ensure alignment with Western Health's operational needs.
- Evaluate performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
- Respond to service disruptions and critical incidents with effective stakeholder coordination.
- Review reports (including QFM and monthly project reports) and escalate contract concerns.
- Lead audits, monitor defect liability issues, and manage extension of time requests.
- Maintain documentation and develop contract administration processes and manuals.
- Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to mitigate risk and support best practice.
**About you**:
- To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in PPP contracts and contract management, have a high attention to detail and proven track record of developing strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders.
- You will be proficiency in administrative and document management systems with excellent written and verbal skills.
- A background in health, construction, or facilities sectors will be advantageous, as well as experience working within large, complex organisation.
