The role will also involve handling super account rollovers, processing payments and coordinating inspecie transfers.It's a fast-paced role, with time-sensitive tasks and strict SLA's to meet.If you have fund administration experience and enjoy working in a high-performing, welcoming team, please apply today.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Account Administration : Account opening and maintenance.Daily Operations : Manage BAU tasks, monitor Zendesk ticket queues, and resolve issues within SLA timeframes.Desired Qualifications, Experience and CompetenciesAt least 3 years' experience in funds management, platforms, or custody environments, with knowledge of custody and superannuation processes.Can-do attitude.Ability to manage Zendesk queue and time sensitive tasks.Detail-oriented and ability to successful investigate and resolve queries.Tertiary degree in a business-related field or RG146 certification (desirable).
