The Role

The Investment Administrator SMA (Account Maintenance) creates the setup of superannuation accounts and manages their ongoing administration. The role will also involve handling super account rollovers, processing payments and coordinating inspecie transfers.

It's a fast-paced role, with time-sensitive tasks and strict SLA's to meet.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Account Administration: Account opening and maintenance.
  
• Daily Operations: Manage BAU tasks, monitor Zendesk ticket queues, and resolve issues within SLA timeframes.
  

Desired Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• At least 3 years' experience in funds management, platforms, or custody environments, with knowledge of custody and superannuation processes.
  
• Can-do attitude.
  
• Ability to manage Zendesk queue and time sensitive tasks.
  
• Detail-oriented and ability to successful investigate and resolve queries.
  
• Tertiary degree in a business-related field or RG146 certification (desirable).
