We are now looking for an
**Inclusion Support Educator** to be part of this journey at our
**Woodcroft** Centre.

**What will you do?**
Our educators and inclusion support workers are the backbone of our childcare services. The Inclusion Support Program (ISP) is a national program that is funded by the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment. The program provides support for eligible early childhood education and care (ECEC) services to build their capacity and capability to include children with additional needs, alongside their typically developing peers, so all children have genuine opportunities to access, participate and achieve positive learning outcomes.

Whether it is our nursery, one of our toddler rooms, or preschool, you will be significant in delivering the inclusion support processes and service within our centre. Management and ECTs will rely upon you to be the positive liaison between themselves and the families. Within a structured and supportive setting, our inclusion support workers can be assured of pathways for personal and professional development being made available to them.
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Education preferred
- Dedication towards the learning and development of children, particularly those with with additional needs;
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or willingness to obtain)

**Note**:
This is a fixed term contract
