**_ The Opportunity_**

We are seeking a suitably qualified, passionate and caring **Inclusion Support Educator** who will implement and evaluate programs for children that encourage them to explore their world. We are looking for an Educator who can provide an inclusive learning environment for each child and believes in creating a sense of belonging, while also being empathetic and respectful. While you will be expected to assist with all children in the room, there will be an element of focused care for individual children to ensure an inclusive learning environment is provided.

**_ Your experience_**

You will have an approach that allows for purposeful observation of the important development processes of each individual child. You won't be someone who rushes, forces or intervenes in their self-paced development. You will have the upmost respect of all children with undiscovered knowledge and ability. You will have experience working with as an Inclusion Support Educator and deep understanding of what is required in the day to day of this role.

**_ What a day in the life of an Inclusion Support Educator will look like at Busy Bees;_**
- Assist a child with additional needs
- Offer a sense of security, encouragement, care and education opportunities
- Assisting with monitoring, recording and evaluating children's learning and experiences and the ability to make adjustments to the program where necessary
- Supporting and guiding children's behavior in positive ways
- Be passionate about building connections with families and the community
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to develop and implement effective programs which considers each child's knowledge, strengths, interests, culture and wellbeing
- The ability to critically reflect on each child's learning and development
- Work collaboratively with other educators, staff, and parents to optimise the value of the program

**_Qualifications_**
- Previous experience in an Educator role;
- Approved Early Childhood Education Cert III or Diploma
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
- Current Working with Children Card
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
- Experience working as an Inclusion Support Educator will be highly regarded
- International exchange programs to the UK, Canada and Asia opportunities
