About You
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred but not essential
- An enjoyment or passion for cooking
- Customer service skills
- Flexible availability for changing roster
- Sushi & Hot Food experience (not essential)
- Be passionate about learning new skills
- A great pro-active attitude in the kitchen environment
- Excellent team work skills, our team is one that helps each other and multi tasks a variety of jobs
- Doesn't mind cleaning tasks
- Good English communication

What to Bring
- High level of attention to detail
- May suit University student with varied availability for the roster
- Flexibility to work our roster which will include some daytime shifts, weekends and evenings
- Be able to work autonomously, as well as within a team with a focus on time management skills
