Job Description:

Motto Motto is a new standard in fast-casual dining, delivering a truly unique food experience.

We take the best parts of traditional Japanese fine dining and reimagine them in a casual, contemporary restaurant environment.

A Team Member is responsible for ensuring exceptional quality, service and cleanliness standards during specific trading periods by effectively and efficiently leading a team on shift in our restaurants.

They get the best out of our Team Members and look after our customers. The Team Member role is the most important role in our business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Motivated and always ensure your shift is outperforming and assist others.
  • Energetic and responsible with an attitude of always helping others.
  • A consistent drive to always win and excel yourself.
  • Experience in hospitality environment is essential for this role.
  • Simple Japanese speaking ability is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Front of house customer service and sales.
  • Ability to run the kitchen based on procedures.
  • Inventory management - stock arrangements.
  • Be able to identify problems and solve/report problems in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible/Reliable/On Time/Pay attention to details/Smile & Friendly with everyone & Follow our high standards
