Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including planning and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and suites to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Assist with the training and development of new housekeeping colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a hotel or commercial cleaning environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
