Volcanos Steakhouse Epping is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Restaurant Supervisor** to join our team. We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has a strong sense of leadership, and is committed to delivering a top-quality dining experience for every guest.

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a restaurant
- A positive, hands-on leadership style that motivates and supports team members
- A warm, approachable personality with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, presentation, and cleanliness
- Confident with POS systems, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Reliable, well-presented, and professional at all times
- Great organisational skills and a proactive attitude
