- From $83,541pa up to $103,338pa + 12% super (level 3 up to Level 5 graduate progression role)
- RDO - 9 day fortnight
- 2x Permanent Full-Time positions
- Location: Caboolture

We are looking for passionate and capable Town Planners, whether you're a recent graduate ready to launch your career or a skilled professional seeking your next challenge to join our dynamic team.

In addition, you will:

- Provide technical advice on land use and development matters.
- Conduct site inspections and investigations to support planning assessments.
- Assist in negotiating infrastructure agreements and levying infrastructure charges.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior review.
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive, customer-focused team culture.

We are looking for planning professionals who are passionate about shaping communities and delivering thoughtful, sustainable development outcomes. Whether you're building on existing experience or stepping into a new challenge, you bring a strong foundation in planning principles and a commitment to quality service.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Degree in Town Planning or equivalent experience in a Development Planning role
- General understanding of planning legislation, urban design, and infrastructure planning
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team
- A current C class Driver's Licence
- A valid Construction Induction Card (obtained within the last 2 years) or a commitment to obtain one prior to starting
