$120k + super (neg based on experience) Full-time permanent role Opportunity for further growth and development Our client is well-known and highly regarded in their industry and due to growth, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join their team.
Within this role you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost management and financial reporting.
You will work closely with the wider finance team to provide insight and strategic support and direction.
The role: Accurate preparation of financial statements including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements Budgeting and forecasting Cash flow management Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business Preparing company tax and BAS statements Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations Financial reporting and monitoring of trends Continuous improvement of department process and procedure What we're looking for: Tertiary qualifications eg Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Professional accounting qualification such as CA or CPA (favourable but not essential) 5+ years experience (favourable) Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience with creating financial statements Ability to motivate and lead teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to form strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent organisation and administration skills Energetic and motivated personality with great multi-tasking Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages Benefits: $120k + super (neg based on experience) Full-time permanent role Opportunity for further growth and development If you're seeking the next in your career, APPLY TODAY
