
Talent And People Experience Manager 12 Month Contract

**We are seeking a Talent and People Experience Manager to join our Melbourne team on a 12 Month Contract.**
This position reports to the Head of Talent and People Experience and is responsible for managing Talent Acquisition, Employer Brand, Workplace Wellness, Policy and Compliance activities across Movember.
**Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding**
- Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment across an international portfolio.
- Leverage and optimise cutting edge systems and tools to further enhance our talent and onboarding experience.
- Work with the Head of Talent and People Experience, Comms and Creative teams to further develop and showcase our EVP and Employer Brand.
**Workplace Wellness and Compliance**
- Design, develop and maintain People policies to ensure compliance with legislation and in the markets that Movember operates.
- Maintain and further enhance the Safeguarding action plan across all elements of workplace wellness.
- Ensure our workplace wellness programs/initiatives are pragmatic and in line with organisational needs.
**Planning & Stakeholder Management**
- Working closely with the Head of Talent and People Experience, Chief People Officer and other People team members to ensure the alignment of the People projects and initiatives to the organisational strategy and business requirements.
- Own, manage and prioritise people initiatives and projects of the Talent and People Experience Team to deliver against organisational goals.
- Building effective relationships across the organisation and becoming a trusted partner to employees, managers and leadership.
**HR Operations**
- Own and manage the execution of employee engagement surveys and provide insights to the leadership and the People Partners.
- Assist with our Talent Management activities, including attending Talent sessions with our leaders when required.
**People Projects/Initiatives**
- Lead and/or participate in delivering a People program of work to support our OneMo Plan and People strategy.
**For this role, you'll need**:
- 5+ years experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and/ or Talent Management
- Strong Employer Brand experience, including creative content development
- A strong commercial mindset - the ability to provide meaningful insights/ recommendations to our business leaders (often at the C-Suite level)
- Knowledge of employment laws and legislations in AUS
- Strong analytical skills, experience with HR metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Is viewed as a thought leader in Talent and / or HR - we like to innovate at Movember
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and 'think on feet'
- Ability to work as part of a local team and a larger global team, whilst also working autonomously when appropriate
- Well-developed organisational skills
