We're looking for an Ice Cream Churner to join our dynamic kitchen team. Our churners play a critical role in turning our ice cream dreams into reality, and are really the heart of our business.

**Here's a day in the life**:

- Preparing our ice cream 'bases' from standalone ingredients, into the tasty frozen treat we all know and love. This involves processes like pasteurisation and, of course, churning, using our top-notch Italian equipment.
- Work alongside our Baker to mix our chunks and swirls into our homemade ice cream.
- Keeping our kitchen spic and span, because a clean workspace is a happy workspace. Plus, it makes finding your favourite ingredients a breeze.
- Did we mention you get to be an ice cream flavor wizard? Contribute your wildest ideas for future flavours. Whether it's a twist on a classic or a wild bacon-maple-unicorn concoction, we're all ears

**We'd love you to have...**
- A passion for ice cream that's as strong as your sweet tooth. You don't need specific ice cream making qualifications, just an openness to learn on the job.
- Kitchen experience is preferred, but not essential.
- At least a few muscles - the role sometimes involved living heavy packs of ingredients - you can build strength over time.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a dash of playfulness.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday in a shift schedule. There may be occasional overtime available over summer when things get busy
- A knack for keeping things organized and clean, because a tidy kitchen is key to our ice cream magic.

**Salary**: $21.64 - $30.91 per hour
