As Front of House Supervisor at our ice cream shops, you'll lead our team with exceptional skills and warmth. Your duties will include:
- Scooping and daily operations management
- Training and onboarding new team members to ensure success
- Managing employee schedules and shift covers to meet customer demand
- Maintaining high standards across all locations to ensure excellent customer experience
- Ensuring the cleanliness and charm of our shops are maintained at all times
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Proven track record as a supervisor or similar role, preferably in the food industry
- Ability to work 38 hours a week across four locations, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
