We are looking for a friendly and professional Night Guest Service Agent to join the team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort on a full-time basis.

Hourly Rate: $29.40 per hour + Super + Company Benefits
Expected hours: 38 per week

**Responsibilities include**:

- Welcome and check in guests
- Communicate professionally
- Make bookings
- Assist guests during their stay
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work independantly between 11.00pm and 7.00am, including weekends

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience working in hospitality, providing customer service and guest services is advantageous.

Minor Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work full-time or part-time with us.
- Receive a nationally recognised certificate
- Attend training during work hours

- On completion, you will receive $1000 AUD
