Your opportunityProvide evidence-based, high-quality critical care across all areas of medical practice, including patient interviews, clinical examinations, identification of clinical issues and health opportunities, developing comprehensive care and health promotion plans, focusing on chronic disease management with team-based care and key performance indicators to reduce community disease burden, maintaining clear and accurate patient records, and delivering out-of-hours care during nights and weekends.
