**Job Summary**: As an Entry-Level Forklift Operator, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for operating forklifts efficiently and safely to support production and logistics processes. This role offers a great chance for green horns who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment. With plenty of overtime available, you'll have the opportunity to increase your earnings while gaining valuable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and finished products from trucks and production lines.
- Participate in general warehouse duties as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid and up-to-date forklift ticket/certification is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver's license in case of occasional deliveries.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Prior experience in forklift operation is an advantage but not required.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive base pay rate of $30 per hour - Day Shift.
- Rotating shifts providing variety and flexibility.
- Opportunity for overtime (first 3 hours at time and a half, then double time).
