**Your opportunity to join us**

In this role you will be supporting our Feedmill in the daily production of animal feed, with this role requiring the use of forklifts. We are looking for people who are flexible to cover rotating shifts and weekend work as and when the need arises in order to support the team.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Prepare and set-up work area for daily production with the use of forklifts
- Monitor and mix raw materials according to feed type formula to meet company standards and specifications
- Prepare and produce various pre-mixes batches for production
- Monitor machine performance constantly and make adjustments as required under supervision
- Cleaning and maintaining a clean work space, storing and maintaining materials, equipment and tools
- Complete manual handling duties
- Being an active, respectful team member that is reliable, and honours work commitments
- Get involved with safety, follow the safety rules, speak up and be mindful of risks
- Completing manual handling duties - lifting, pulling, pushing, bending and reaching
- Storing and maintaining materials, equipment and tools
- Identifying and escalating Animal Welfare, Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks

**To be successful in this role, you will need to**:

- A Forklift Licence
- Performing repetitive tasks
- Understand and follow instructions and procedures
- Work well within a team environment
- Communicate well both written and verbally
- Showing commitment, reliability and motivation
- Respond calmly when faced with obstacles
- Physically fit and repetitively lift up to 20kg
- Flexibility to cover various shifts when required
