We are very excited to be on the hunt for a new pizzaiolo to join our restaurant on Lygon Street, Brunswick East

Our latest venue, Figlia, is a casual Pizzeria which is focused on naturally fermented pizza's, chargrilled snacks, mínimal intervention wine & classic cocktails. We offer a deli, bottle shop service & small dine in menu throughout the course of the day via our sister venue, Grana.

We are looking for an experienced pizza chef who wants to grow & develop with a brand new venue.

Figlia is open 7 nights a week, with lunches on weekends.

The role will require you to have:

- At least 1 years experience making pizza
- Experience with mixing, stretching & rolling pizza dough
- Experience with wood & gas oven
- Maintaining par levels & ordering for a section
- A can-do attitude, enthusiasm & an eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail & desire to offer exceptional hospitality
- Great communication skills & an ability to work as part of a team
- Drive, initiative & a passion for food & drink
