Darrell Lea is excited to be expanding our Field team, and we are now looking for a passionate and talented individual to support our successful partnership with Supermarket and other retailers.The Successful applicant will report to the National Field Manager and work within an allocated territory calling on major retail outlets.
This requires merchandising to a high standard, following & executing tasks accurately as well as building & maintaining strong relationships within their stores.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Product Management (Stock levels/ Position/ Ticketing) in line with and exceeding our client's expectations.Planograms/ Relays - Executions & ComplianceExecuting tasks, building displays, erecting Point-of-sale and stock managementBuilding & maintaining strong relationships with store personnelCommunicating up & coming promotional activitiesAccurate reporting, when requiredTime Management Skills - The ability to work under pressureRole Requirements:Minimum one (1) year FMCG/Merchandising Experience highly regardedHave full Australian working rightsCurrent State Drivers License & Reliable Road Worthy VehiclePhysically fit – Bending & Lifting - Carrying stock (Max 20kgs)This role will be covering areas including but not limited to – Sydney CBD, Hills District, Liverpool Area and the Central Coast.This is a challenging and fast-paced role which requires a confident person with professionalism and maturity; and someone who has drive, strong negotiation skills and can effectively interact with all types of personalities.
Flexible working hours are also necessary.Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical.
