**The Role**:
We have a fast paced role supporting an award winning salesperson, with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high quality customer service, and a track record of success. We will train you to become one of the best agents in the area.

**Some of your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to-**
- Reporting directly to a successful Sales Agent
- Providing administrative support
- Data entry and management
- Prospecting/lead generation
- Just Listed/Sold door knocks, calls and letter box drops
- Prepare weekly vendor reports
- Attend open for inspections, auctions & private appointments incl building and pest inspections if required
- Book photography/floorplan appointments
- Preparation of pre listing kits & appraisal packs

- Immaculately groomed & presentable at all times
- Confident nature & enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Proven customer service and people focus
- Ability to connect with people
- Attention to detail and working to a timeline
- Highly organised
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
- The drive and ambition to do well in Real Estate
- Agents Representative Certificate (not essential)
- Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable car
- Multilingual Speaking (Mandarin or Cantonese) **but not essential**.
