The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with our delivery partners, program resources, planning, delivery, risk and issues management, governance oversight and reporting, whilst providing the highest quality administrative support to the Program Manager. This role will be responsible for driving team outcomes, clearing the path for the program team to deliver successfully.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Integrated scheduling and program coordination in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, within a digital transformation.
- Established ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment.
- High attention to detail, including data interrogation and analytical skills, to inform quality reporting and provide recommendations to support Program operations and communicate progress to the Executive team and governance bodies.
- Experience with P3M governance, assurance and control processes.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
