Perth, Western Australia Good Company Disability Supports Pty Ltd Full time

We are currently recruiting mentors/support workers for work North of the River. Applicants can elect to work some or all of the below shifts. The current shifts available are;
- 9am-3pm Wednesday's OR Thursday's in Como
- 2x3/4hr weekday daytime (to be confirmed) in Bassendean
- 12pm-3pm Monday's AND Friday's in Stirling
- 3x3hr shifts on weekdays (flexible to suit applicant) in Karrinyup
- 2x4hr shifts on weekdays (flexible to suit applicant) in Beechboro

Total weekly starting hours: 18-20 (More work available for the right applicant)

Shifts are typically 3-6 hours in duration. Ongoing training and guidance is provided as we work as a team at Good Company. A car with comprehensive insurance is required for this role. Relevant experience is preferred but not essential. Full training is provided.

**Position Description**

As a mentor at Good Company you will support participants to enjoy fun and meaningful experiences and build their capacity and work towards their goals in a range of areas including in-home tasks, public transport, time management skills, taking holidays, making friends & community engagement and employment. This position does not involve any personal care or medication administration.

**Remuneration**

$0.85 per kilometre for required travel in your own vehicle during work hours

$30.96 weekday daytime - $33.00 weekday evening - $43.33 Saturday - $55.71 Sunday - $68.09 Public Holiday

- COVID triple vaccination certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $30.96 - $68.09 per hour
